St. Mary

This must be almost unique in Dorset because the church is in the corner of a field with no road access to it.  Nevertheless, it is a delightful little building with a stunning barrel roof and an aisle that dramatically rises towards the chancel.  The nave and chancel are late 13c and there are some most attractive oil lamps and fittings.
